How can I contact Duncdiddly’s, customer service?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, and PayPal as payment.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. However, you are able to initiate a return or exchange once you receive your order.

Do you offer international shipping?

No. Unfortunately we currently only ship to locations in the USA. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page.

What is your return policy?

We offer a return or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy page for more details.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

If a product is out of stock, it will be indicated on the product page. If a product is in stock, you will be able to add it to your cart and proceed with your purchase.
